With 16+ yrs of experience in IT industry - I have been instrumental in several organizational key projects around integration, separation, new technology introduction & transformation. The breadth of experience spans across all phases of application solutions (Design, Build, Deploy, Operate), IT Supply Chain (oracle ERP), Analytics, Lean Six Sigma, Vendor Management, People Management, IT Strategy, Rationalization & TCO Optimization.. I am seen as a catalyst of delivery and transformation (people, process, technology) with unwavering determination to bring value to business & do “whatever it takes” to get the job done. Currently heading Analytics in Alstom, responsible for setting the vision, culture and championing for the use of data in making key business decisions. I strive to improve the quality of analytics solutions consistently with a view of driving and enhancing data systems and streamlining business processes. In GE for 11 years and with Alstom for last 6 years.
